What is Dragon?

The game page says you can let a dragon burn the dummy, and it also says creatures can be spawned. The Everything Bundle description lists Dragon as one of four premium creatures that the Tools Pack and Powers Pack do not include. It is not clear whether the dragon in the trailer line is free, premium, or both. No breath damage number is published.
